If anyone is considering Belle Haven apartments please think twice. They regularly lose documents they claim are delivered, there is never any parking and constant tows, so if you're looking at having people over warn them ahead of time. The office staff is ill qualified under manager Chrissy Elder. I was absolutely disappointed in how they pulled a fast one on multiple residents where they claim to have sent notices rent was going up but never did conveniently right as 60 days until your lease expires (you have to give 60 days notice). All in all the maintenance team is great, Sully is one of the best I've ever met along with Sebastian. However, if you ever want to have anyone over, deal with lost paperwork and mishandling of documents, and all in all an unorganized and pathetic front office that rarely takes care of anything, then you should not consider this apartment complex.
