I would give this a zero if that were possible. This may be the most horrid meal, and dining environment I have had in two years, and I have eaten in third world countries! I was looking for good Chinese dim sum, like the picture outside the building. What we got was a highly confused menu- part Mexican, part Chinese; at least that's what the names of the food implied. What we actually got was oily yuck. If one has dry skin, then one visit here and that person will be sweating oil for days upon days. The Baja taco, the won tons, and the tortilla chips had all been fried together and equally, had no flavor. The cook forgot to drain the oil, but certainly remembered the salt. Hint: a little salt is good, a container makes the food inedible. Yet I paid. I paid the inefficient server because we hadn't sent it back. I tipped 10% for never having been asked anything about the meal, but being continuously provided copious amounts of weak ice tea. Don't eat here. Unless you wish to spend quality Vegas time in the nearest Restroom.
