We bought our third Honda from Dean Honda in 2015. When we bought in 2006 and 2010 they were outstanding. Then they went through management upheavals and by 2013 had lost much of the quality we had come to appreciate. They charged me for warranty service and reluctantly refunded the thousand-dollar overcharge when I researched on my own and found it covered. Foolishly we bought a new Honda from them last year. Our customer interactions have been less than pleasant. The sales guy was so bad they fired him, but not before he jerked us around and delivered the wrong model for the higher price. Every time we have taken in the 2010 Fit, they have "discovered" a new problem that costs us a fortune outside the scope of the original issue. And funny, they're never covered by the expensive extended warranty. Today, I took it in for an error light. Instead of diagnosing the error, they killed my perfectly good battery and wiped out the code. Or so they say. Funny, when I gave them the $150 ransom for a new battery, the radio pre-sets were all fine. Hmmmm. I smell crooks. And an undiagnosed, unfixed car! I cannot recommend anything about this dealership.
