CONSUMERS BEWARE.....Don't use Priceline at all. They get the deal from Agoda.com. They don't standby on any of their reservations. If there is a dispute, they will tell you to call Agoda. Just happened to me. They couldn't promise me of what I had booked for which was a Hotel in Henderson NV. A room with 2 queen beds for 4 nites, they gave me a room with 1 king bed and said to deal with it. If I have any quetions, Call priceline. Which I did and they were quick to pass the buck to Agoda.com.So I started arguing with the hotel front desk, they asked us to leave and won't refund any money, since they already got paid by my visa card. She even told us that we cannot stay at any Best Western hotels in USA. So we didn't stay there at all and they got my money. So be careful with PRICELINE. NO refunds, No exchanges and they are not any much cheaper than the hotel itself. The Hotel was BEST WESTERN PLUS Henderson Hotel, 1553 N. Boulder Highway, Henderson NV 89011.
