Worst experience ever!! If I could have given it less than a one star rating, I would have. We are a family that frequents escape/ riddle rooms pretty much every other weekend. We have attended many of them across the valley. I decided to try Escape The Room AZ for the first time today. We booked the Submarine room today at 3:40pm for my sons birthday. We paid over $173. The facility was a HUGE disappointment. While it seems like other facilities sound proof their rooms, this facility does not. You heard everything outside of your room, all of the noise coming from the hallway/ reception....everything. This made it difficult to concentrate on your own escape room experience. We often had to talk loudly to hear one another over the outside noise. If that wasn't bad enough, another party came in (approximately 15-20 teenage girls) and made our experience even worse. They kept peeking inside our submarine portals and knocking on our exterior walls and door. The staff and the 2-3 guardians for the group of girls did nothing to stop this. It wasn't until I started to scream into the cameras inside the room, asking them to stop the rude behavior of the girls, that they pulled the girls away from the door. Again...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!!
