I refuse to ever take Royal Taxi again.
The drivers are rude, and they tell you they do not accept credit card upon your arrival at your destination (which is FALSE!). I've also had money stolen from me, as the cab driver charged extra onto my credit card, and the amount charged was more than what the meter indicated.
After calling in to customer service, they refused to do anything about it. Very poor communication, and business ethics.
I will never take Royal Taxi in Toronto.
