I repeatedly told the desk agent I didn't want to purchase the car rental insurance. I am an insured driver with Progressive. I had all forms of identification. I had already paid $90 through expedia for the rental. He charged me $120 at the desk and kept telling me it was for the rental charge, sweet talking all the way about the $120 being a deposit that is returned at the end of the rental. When I get home I find out he charged me $30 a day for car rental insurance. Thrifty will do nothing at the corporate level. DO NOT USE THRIFTY CAR RENTAL.
