this place sucks!!!! (optical side)
i didn't get the help i deserved and MARC is the definition of rude!!!!
The front desk discusses inappropriate conversations that are unprofessional!
it was not your typical transaction at this place, they treated me like i was invisible and like they didn't need my business!
mistake after mistake........and i got my lenses with scratches but since it was literally my 1st time getting glasses it was too late for me to even tell them about it when i realized it!
On top of everything i think it's too dark in there to really appreciate the glasses!
i'm going to Lenscrafters next time.
