The girls up front should not be working in the customer service industry. They're lack of knowledge and common sense makes for a very hard time communicating. Not to mention the complete lack of respect in general. I would say that their organizational skills are not up to par however that would be too much credit as there are no organizational skills nor any sort of working system in place. They act like you are important and make you feel as if they are doing something for you. DONT BE MANIPULATED. I understand people post reviews out of anger pertaining to specific situations that have happened to them. However this post is not to bash but to simply WARN any possible future customers what they can expect when dealing with this company.
The one star given is not of any significance. If there were an option for 0 stars I can assure you, you would see 0's across the board!
