Si we decided to avoid the Groupon since we figured the business only gets 50% of the profits & in support to them we would go directly to them so they could get earn 100% profit in addition they gave us a 20dll discount..
However upon arrival we check in & the receptionist was so rude! With an attitude & a non friendly demeanor she says your 5min late & I we have another appointment in 30min so your making us late! Wow!! This was a gift for my daughter for Xmas, but believe me the staff was far from friendly & non welcoming that I almost wanted to walk out & say forget it!! & why would you schedule lip injections within 30minutes from the next?!!
We always go to Beverly Hills Med spa, but because of the special we came here, but this is prime example YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Awful service.. I'll pay the full price next time & stick to my regular.. lesson learned
