Ahhhh...Home Depot. Talk about the most random, roller coaster ride of customer service ever. Was just in the other day and started in electrical, and was helped with a smile and information that made everything better, then went over to the hardware aisle and received service from someone who clearly hates his job! I was pushed out of the store with attitude because he "ain't never seen anything like that before in his life" - and guess what....the item I wanted was right on the Home Depot website, and I would have been happy to order it. But instead, I paid for my electrical items, went to Lowe's and gave them my money because they had what I was looking for in stock. You never know what you will get for service in Home Depot stores. It is as random and talking to people on the streets.
