After purchasing the," Ultra- Premium Brake Package", I immediately noticed heavy brake dust being expended from my front wheels. I re-contacted the store (manager) and was told they were not suppose to do that as they were the premium pads. I was told to continue driving the vehicle and measure the problem. I contacted their supplier, N--A AUTO PARTS, who told me, after inspecting the heavy wheel brake dust, that it was their opinion, not their premium brake pad. After about a month, I returned the store, and talked to the manager who agreed the heavy dust was not normal. He agreed to replace the brake pads under warranty. His on-duty mechanic began to argue about the heavy black brake dust, stating it was normal. I walked inside the waiting room while this mechanic ( I should have stayed with my vehicle) put my vehicle on the lift, and appeared to exchange the brake pads. I have now learned, that he re-installed the same pads.....Not sure who the dishonest person is here, the mechanic or the manager !!!.....Debating a small-claims action against this business, but definitely not going back....
