In the past year, service and food quality have decreased dramatically. Left a majority of my food on the plate today as it tasted freezer burned and like it had been under a heat lamp for an extended period. Instead of a "sorry", i got that they would discount the bill. I didn't want a discount, rather I wanted food that was palatable; but I wasn't given the opportunity. Server was terrible on numerous levels; but the worst part was that I had to eat a majority of my rolls and appetizer off of my napkin because he did not bring plates. Carry out server was very helpful and apologetic (she brought food because her section was slow); unfortunately it couldn't make up for the train wreck that happened before she came. Will not be returning.
