We've visited the Eldorado Grill on many occasions so we have a reliable benchmark. Our visit this evening was OK but not excellent. Service was very good. Drinks were very good. That was not the issue. The dinners themselves were just average. My wife had the fish tacos, a dish she uses to judge places since it is one of her favorites. These were just average. In comparison those she had a week ago at Waypoint in Madison were much better.
My Pescado Veracruz was nicely prepared and presented. But the mahi-mahi was overdone rendering it dry and tasteless.
We'll be back but this was a bit disappointing
