Originally this was a great review. Travis Richardson, our sales rep, appeared to be a nice guy and towards the end of our deal sent us links to review him and our experience. Right after we got congratulated by him, a finance guy and sales manager, we gave him our check and almost an hour later they come back with some bullshit about we can't get you in the car you want, but we can get you in the piece of shit with 100 thousand miles. 5 hours wasted on classic bait and switch tactic. So disappointed. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!
The following day we went to a dealership in Gilbert and left with our new car an hour later. Yes an hour!!! Same money down, lower payments, better car, much better experience!
