We used to get this newspaper delivered seven days a week.
But there were days when paper would not get delivered so I finally cancelled.
It's been years since then. The other evening a young sales representative came to our door,after listening to his pitch I agreed to have paper delivered on Wed. and Sundays.
Figuring two days shouldn't be a problem....WRONG!!!!! Received Sunday newspaper but today being Wed. a no show. I called Az Republic this morning with my complaint.
Today's paper can be delivered on another day. WTF????? why would I want Wed. paper days old? If I cancel my money will NOT be refunded. Also even though carriers are employed by the Az Republic, they have NO CONTROL over them! That's what "Gwen" told me. This company is horrible, you want news or info GOOGLE it.
You want news....watch TV. Customer service does not exist here!
