I have to say for those people writing bad reviews due to their experience prior to picking up their Tesla is not representative of this particular store. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and the way Tesla does things is extremely different from normal car buying. It has its pros and cons. Its just how Tesla does business. But i cannot say enough good things about Marlon in the Service Center, NT and Caroline with the delivery team. They have provided excellent customer service every time I have been in contact with them. Just hoping for a new location in Henderson. Maybe at the new Siena Square when it opens up in a couple of years which is located near the M Casino. =)
