I brought in 10 pairs of high heeled shoes in various states of disrepair. There are several shoe repair shops closer to where I live, but I went here based on Yelp reviews. All of my shoes needed new heel taps, and many also needed soles. I generally don't spend a lot of money on shoes because I wear them out quickly (yay for TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack!), so it wouldn't make sense to spend a lot repairing them. When I brought them in, I was quoted a price that was more than reasonable, so it was worth it to me to get them fixed rather than buy new shoes. I left the store happy and hopeful, but waited until I picked them up before posting a review so I could comment on the quality of the work. I have to tell you, it's like I now have 10 new pairs of shoes. Maybe even better, because the new soles are more durable than the originals. From now on, every time my heels start clacking because I wore out the heel tap, I will drive slightly out of my way to get them fixed at Coventry Shoe and Leather Repair.
