Signing up with Directv is one of the worst decisions I have made in my adult life. They put me into a 2 year contract and didn't tell me after 12 months that my bill would go up $100. They tell you to sign up for autopay because you will save $10 a month and then blindy charge your card more than $100 more than you signed up without so much as sending you your statement or a warning that they are doing this. They overdrafted my account. I have been in a battle for the past 2 weeks with Directv calling them every single day wanting to know where my refund is because I was told 2 weeks ago that I would be getting one. Every single time I call I get a different story. I was originally told that I would be getting a full refund on my card within 72 hours. Yesterday I was told I would be getting a cash card within 90 days for less than promised. Seriously? You overdrafted my account and this is how they treat you after? Do not ever do business with this company.
