Called for home installation quote. The person kept asking me personel question over and over again. She was collecting information about me. This company could be collecting information they should not have. Called the 800 number (800) 819-1950. After she asked for my DOB. I said I was no longer interested. Then some guy kept calling me from (443) 845-4758. Really annoying ! I think they might be scammers. Hey ADT, if you are in the security business, why are you collecting information about me??? Personel information - like how many people in your household, and your DOB, Am iI married, exactly who will be using the system, not needed for a QUOTE ! You are scammers and this company should not be trusted !!! Ok now ADT, just look at your yelp reviews, go ahead, look at them.... I'll give you a minute...go ahead. Did you read them ??? YES THEY SUCK !!!! Time to shut the doors on your business.
