Wow! What a con man - Bill works out of this office but we met him at another store when he was helping out. We gave him what our needs were, and mentioned it was difficult for my mom to get around. He said we should come in the next day to his regular store and he would work on beds in our price range and be able to get what we need quickly. It turns out he put her on the most expensive bed - more than twice our budget. Once we realized that, we started looking into lower priced beds. We ended up walking out because he couldn't negotiate, even with his "boss" there (who, by the way, didn't say 3 words to us, and seemed to have been playing games instead of helping).
Just go to another store - don't waste your time looking there unless you want to spend more money than planned.
