I should not even give them one star.
I went to a presentation and was lied to from the start.
I could of used the money I wasted for my son. Being a single mom is difficult enough without being preyed upon by Robert Palmer the sales associate that scammed and lied to me to get my money.
I thought he was helping me get into this vacation program. He sold me points that were such a small amount that it's not enough to go anywhere.
He lied and said I could use all of the different services which is the reason I bought into this. He told me my first years maintenance fee would be put off a year and they would be 800 a year which was not deferred for a year and the where over 800. Told me nothing about the trial package so I may try it before I bought.
I am not happy. I will be calling the resolution department this week I hope they do what's right.
My advice is get everything in writing and have it signed by them before you buy.
I am very sad. I was so looking forward to some fun times. :(
