Walked in for a mani/pedi. I was welcomed in even though I didn't have an appointment. The technician was personable and my pedicure was good. I would have preferred the warm leg massage that sometimes accompanies a pedicure but I suppose that can be attributed to simply my preference. The service was good. My French pedi looked nice. I wasn't as happy with the manicure. Had a fill with white tips painted on. I was crunched for time when I sat down for this part and asked "is there enough time to finish this? If not, I can just come back later." She assured me there was "plenty of time" so she started working. I was sent out the door with wet nails. Several coats were just painted one on top of the other without any drying in between. There was NO drying time at the end and there wasn't even a drying polish painted on top. No matter how careful I was, just getting into my car and buckling my seatbelt meant that 3 of the 5 nails on my right hand were trashed. :-( After paying $70, I shouldn't be left trying to "fix" things.
