I'll begin with the positive. Lookout Mtn does a good job grooming at a reasonable price, hence the single star.
Now for the negative. Keep in mind this is our go-to vet for our two dogs. Over the weekend the dogs got into rat poison that blew into our yard. I immediately raced my dogs to the vet in a panic. Their response was, "call the poison control hotline." Apparently they were closing in 20 minutes and "didn't have time for the lengthy procedure." This was noon on a Saturday. When it comes to a life or death scenario and the place responsible for the safety of my animals refuses to treat them, it makes me question the entire foundation of their business. I will NEVER entrust my animals with Lookout Mtn vet again.
