They desperately need more hands on deck here. I order ahead and STILL end up waiting an extra 20 mins past my expected pick up time. That's only because no one acknowledged me or asks me why maybe I've been standing at the pickup counter for over 20 minutes. When I finally catch someone's attention they tell me they never got my order. I'm in the service industry, I get it you get backed up and things happen . But kind, great customer service goes A LONG WAY.
