Having no dental insurance lead me to finding this place near by. I had a molar that needed extracted due to a loss of a filling, followed by an infection. Due to the abnormality of my molar roots, ImmediaDent informed me they had a surgeon who could help do this procedure.
I had an appointment at 9:30am, arrived on time. Front desk help, he was kind and helpful. Care credit woman (management) was also. As far as the dentist, well he was busy jumping chair to chair doing procedures with speed and once he reached me, I realized no accuracy.
They seem irritated I didn't want to opt for a full $248 examination, knowing that I came WITH my X-rays from another clinic. I was there for 4 HOURS... I sat alone listening to other patients in pain, complaining, and coming in and out of the waiting rooms.
I asked about a couple other teeth I had concerns about and the dentist got up as I was speaking and said "well you'll have to come back for a full examination and we can discuss that then."
....OKAY.
So 4 hours (with appointment) and $500 later I underwent a 15 minute procedure where he preformed a hack job of an extraction. I have a big gash in the side of my cheek where his instrument slipped, I have a huge opening on a mutilated gum line and he had to add stitches, which was never something discussed as a possibility beforehand. He made no effort to comfort me besides pumping up the nitrous and coming in to do the procedure and then right back out. He lacks conversational skills, empathy to his patients, and didn't take the time to explain, show me, or prepare on how to take care of myself.
This place will make you feel like an appointment slot and not a human being.
