I am committed to writing reviews as that is how I find reputable places and believe it is a service to others in their search. I had to let one of my beloved cats go as he had 3 different terminal things going on. So, I knew I wanted to delivery my boy myself to a great place that was in it for the right reasons and who cared so I got on yelp. Yep, everyone that has experienced Pals said the same thing so I took my boy here. And, yes, do not let the area detour you away it is a very very great place. As soon as I walked in the door Daniel Khan greeted me. He was so warm and comforting. He took me into a room to talk and would have given me as much time as I needed before he explained it all to me. He explained most of the process of the service and offered to take me around the entire place if I needed too. I left knowing I took my boy to the right place. Schmigal passed away on Tuesday September 13th I took him to Pals and he was cremated on the 14th it was fast.I also spoke to Tanya who was so very compassionate and warm she took care of my boy to be picked up. I was able to pick him up on the 16th and Daniel was there to meet me as soon as I walked in the door to pick up my boy to take him home. Daniel was AGAIN warm, caring , sweet. All I can tell anyone looking for a place that cares with integrity this is it. I know it is sooooooooo hard to get on yelp and look up stuff like this but, thank goodness most of us realize we need help and people like everyone here on this page to tell of our experience to help others.
