I ordered online over 40 minutes in advance. I ordered at a time that was not busy and there were no other customers in line. I arrived 2 minutes prior to my pickup time and paid for my meal. I was advised they were "just waiting for the steak". After a few minutes we watched the cook chop the cooked steak and place into a container, the "burrito maker" and cashier stood and chatted with the cook for at least 2 minutes before I went and stood near the counter so they were reminded that I was still waiting. They pulled out my bowl, half filled and cold and added the steak to the bowl, and then forgot my corn salsa I ordered. My food was cold and at least 10 minutes late and there were no other customers in the store. This will be the last time I visit this location.
