When I go to a McDonald's, I know what to expect in terms of the food. In this case, the food was just fine. The ingredients were fresh and it tasted just as I expected. The reason that this restaurant gets just one star is that the customer service is among the worst I have experienced. How can you have just one person taking orders at 8:30 am on a weekday morning? The line was at least a dozen people long at all times. The cashier was pleasant and doing her best, and the manager was trying to take orders whenever she could. However, whoever makes the staffing decisions for this restaurant just does not care about customers or customer service.
