Deskhub is a coworking space that just moved from Portales on Chaparral to the Scottsdale Waterfront, right above Olive & Ivy. There are ~10 companies who share the space along with a handful of individuals who either float around open spots or have a dedicated desk space. If you've never been in a coworking space before, it's kind of a trip. It feels like something in between the ping-pong lounge in a brand new college dorm and a really nice call center office. The new space is unbelievably well located. Walking distance to probably 25 restaurants and hundreds of businesses. My dedicated desk costs $450/month and looks over the canal. I think I have a better view than the corner office at Rose Law Group across the water. Other highlights here are helpful & receptive management, super nice conference rooms, easy month-to-month contract, free covered parking, class A space, reliable fast internet, and free snacks. There are also great people who work here. Everyone is polite and the atmosphere is super friendly. Areas for improvement would be better coffee and more options for privacy. Overall I'm super happy with DeskHub and I'll continue to have a space here as long as I'm in Scottsdale. Take a tour if you're interested - you'll know if it's for you or not.
