My older mother was told she needed new engine mounts for $900.00, I felt a second opinion was needed. The mounts were fine but the radiator was empty with a huge crack in it. We obviously didn't return. I was going to just leave this alone ,until yesterday the shop called my Mom wondering if she was going to schedule the $900.00 mount repair! When she explained what we found ,and what he missed ,whomever rushed off of the phone. A direct pray on the elderly,actually told my Mom engine would fall out. I had to write ,after he called us 2 months later hoping to rip us off at the tune off $900.00. This is why the public doesn't trust many mechanics, bad business!
