This place is bad! Went in with a really bad, itchy skin rash 6 months ago. Saw a PA who has since given me 6 different wrong diagnoses. Rash and itch persist. Asked for second opinion from a real doctor, but when I showed up for appt the same PA walked in. Another wrong DX. I complained to my insurer who said I should call them and demand a real doctor. I am hoping someone from LV Skin and Cancer will contact me and get me in.
So, this is what I'm talking about. One month after posting this review and employee Tatum replying that she would get in touch with me, I have heard nothing. Poor customer service and patient care, would you say?
