The first time I flew out of island airport was during a snowstorm. All the flights were delayed, the lounge was crowded, and it made no impression on me. I tried it again a few months later and I have been converted over. What an amazing flying experience. The staff are genuinely nice, the seating comfy, no long lines for anything. Even security is enjoyable. I once made it in under three hours from my house to landing in DC (time I would have just had to waste at Pearson otherwise). I have now switched most of my business to this airport. Can't wait for the expansion for more routes and for the under water tunnel so I don't have to wait for the ferry.
