I can honestly say that both of them took the time to explain the deal an help with what was needed . They didn't rush us out even tho it was a friday afternoon they were courteous an knowledgeable with what was needed. I went there thinking not so happy with sprint but Luis M. Fixed my phone on the spot so I wouldn't be with out for 10 days an Diana worked with us to set up a family acct.
