Came home from vacation at 6:00pm to find my 84 year old Mother and my dogs in a 98 degree house. Called American cooling and heating. Within 15 minutes, they were at my house. In less than an hour, they changed the fan motor and had us back and running again. I will not use another company from now on. They are fantastic! How do I know?
