First of all the wait time in the waiting room was super long just to see the doctor for less than 3 minutes and then get charged $336 for the initial visit??? FOR WHAT 3 MINUTES OF THE DOCTORS TIME THAT IS $100 A MINUTUE? I then waiting over a month for an approval for orthotics which I had to call my insurance a push the approval thru since their office people cant handle their own job. The front office people are rude and just down right ignore you. I was then told by Dr Reyes' assistant that I would not have to pay anything for my orthotics except my co pay and co insurance.....I then get a bill for $296 almost 5 months later. My insurance covered that stupid boot than the actual orthotics which suck compared to my Birkenstocks. GO BUY BIRKENSTOCKS THIS OFFICE AND DOCTOR SUCKS!!!!!
