I have always had problems with this place they are so terrible... always such a long wait even when you are the only patient there still takes over an hour to be seen when there's more than 2 doctors there. No urgency. They don't seem to care. Service/employees are very rude. (I have continued to go here because my last resort, it's close, hours work with my schedule & they take my insurances. But now I'm done going here after tonight.)
I never thought they would push me this far to post on yelp for others to see, & save from this bs. It is Tuesday 01/10/17. Just went down there b4 7:40pm, 2 girls at the counter sitting there with most the lights off and the 2 open signs off. I checked Online before I came, says open till 9pm. First thing they say to me when I walk in, doctor actually isn't here he left before 6pm so there's nothing we can do for you, we aren't seeing anyone. Like wow okay, hi to you too. Shocked & upset because they are the only place open, I'm in pain & the way they came off to me/treated me was so disrespectful, unprofessional, and so rude. I said then why can't you put online that you are closed or the doctor is gone? (so people know & don't waste their time. Common curtesy) The 2 girls laughed and said maybe you should of called. I said I did they didn't answer. They said oh well, & scoffed at me. Which upset me more. I said so why are you guys here & open then? There's literally no point like you just said because there's no doctor...?? It's confusing. Doesn't make any sense.
It got into arguments from there, and I stormed out. How rude & disrespectful they are. Talked down to me & how they treated me was out of line. I was, still am so mad and just hurt. (No other doctors are available to cover their shift? Sitting there doing nothing & getting paid to treat people this way when patients/people are sick or need help, you push them away. The system is messed up. I'm shocked.) Home now still in pain & have to wait longer... thanks. Never going there again. We all deserve better. I hope this was helpful. Good luck everyone.
