,My air conditioning went out and called for emergency repair in this 116 degree heat. They claim to have 24-7 service but after many calls, they delayed my repair due to approval from the home warranty people. Those people leave at 5:00. Temp is 106 in my home. I have breathing issues and could not talk them into sending someone yesterday. Here I am next day and instead of even sending someone first thing in the morning, they are still waiting to hear fro the home warranty people and they are saying someone may be here late morning, but they can't promise and I should call them back when they don't show up by 1pm. I offered to even pay for it myself. Forget the warranty! They definitely do not supply 24/7 emergency service. They just pay a third party to call so they can tell you there really is no emergency service.
