I too stumbled upon this salon and decided I would give it a try. The service was awful. I was "greeted", in such a way that made me feel incredibly unwelcome. It felt a lot more like "what do you want", rather than "how can I help you?". I asked for a shellac manicure. I was seated, and like the other reviews said, they were speaking in another language the entire time and I was incredibly insulted. I felt so unwelcome and I was ready to leave by the time I sat down. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The technician rushed the entire thing, clipped my cuticles so far back that I literally bled, and didn't even apologize for doing so. She seemed upset when I pointed out that the polish was not only uneven, but the filing was uneven, too. Next thing I knew, I was done, and she immediately stood up without asking if I was satisfied. I paid, and left. Two DAYS later, my SHELLAC nailpolish CHIPPED on three fingers, and I was beyond upset. I marched right back in there and let the manager know what happened, and showed her what happened. Would you believe she said "Well we can fix them", and then a day later they chipped again? I would definitely recommend you go elsewhere, this place is awful from their service to their techniques.
