This place is not very professional. We went there on the advice of another. We heard 4 complaints of water pressure, broken showers, not the first or second but numerous. On our way to the apt, Jacuzzi was running with water just leaking everywhere, tennis court looked awlful. I can't walk stairs due to surgery but the more inexpensive apts on top and my husband is 65 yrs old,. I have 2 cats on paper it's says $350 for a pet deposit, no no that's per animal plus $35 /ea cat per month. That's more than my security deposit. Mary, the Property manager is a joke a thief! Anyone who rents from these people good luck, they have so many different rental price we couldn't keep up with it. We won't be back! Horrible place
