I've been coming to this location for about 2 years on a regular monthly basis. I typically spend $40-70 per visit. Their clothes are great and I haven't had problems with the clothes. The customer service on the other hand, is far from great. I've at least stepped in this store 30-40 times and not once has someone said "how are you finding things? Can I put your TEN items in a fitting room?" Nope, nothing. Whenever I go to the fitting room they ignore me until I ask and then give me dirty looks for trying on. They don't even offer to get you different sizes either. Today I wanted to try on shoes. Well this apparently was a "problem" for the lady putting shoes away. Because I saw her watching me like she was annoyed I was standing there and when I asked for a size she mumbled something in Spanish and walked off with the shoe. Another customer nearby looked at me and said "she's mean and I think she mumbled "you've got to be f*****g kidding me." Then she came out from the back and said "we don't have anymore of that size." That's it, didn't offer for me to try on a similar pair. You work in customer service Xi, learn to treat customer nicely! I then decided to tell the manager (after 2 years I finally complained). She just nodded her head and said "yeah I'll talk with them. We are short staffed" that's absolutely no excuse and I doubt you'll talk to them about it. I hope this review eventually gets your staff talking because this store definitely needs it. *pretty sure you have to say you're rude to be hired there. No smiles here at this place.
