I had my outdoor patio installed in 2013. It looked great at first, but after about a year some problems surfaced including settling, brick separation, and edging bricks coming apart. The company did come back and fix these issues without charge in 2014. I had some of the same problems occur in n2016. I thought the warranty had expired and I was on my own. After these issues was brought to the attention of Andre, he called me discussed the issues with me, and promised to resolve any issue I had. Within a couple of days he had a crew to my house and they fixed the issues in one day. He informed me that the company now offers a FIVE year warranty and his policy was to resolve any issues any customer may have. I am happy with the results and am very pleased with the response he showed. The patio was reset, leveled, and cement was used to adhere the edging bricks. It looks good.
