I bought some cosmetics, and I wanted to return them without a receipt. I came to this store to return them. The girl at the cashier said that I could not return any products without a receipt. I told her that I did that before, and they let me do it. She said that Ulta just has a new return policy about two weeks ago which I am not allowed to return anything without a receipt. I called two different Ulta stores, and they all told me that they can give me a store credit with the lowest price. I called this store, and talked to a store manager. I asked her the same question, first she said they did not allow me to return the products without a receipt. I told her that they would allow me to return at different stores, and now she said " ah yes we can return them with a lowest price". I was so angry that she lied to me before I told her that I already called two different stores. I was so disappointed about their service. Both the manager and a cashier girl were so rude. She said like I probably bought these products from somewhere else and took them to return at Ulta. It was so rude to say that.
