They should change their names to Pinnacle slum lords. Would give them no stars if possible. The apartments they run are nasty and the low income people they let live here are worse, cars constantly vandalized and broken into, people fighting in the street at night, bird crap everywhere, and best of all every month your apartment will be flooded or something will be broken. Maintenance sucks, and doesn't ever completely fix stuff so it ends up being broken again and that's if they ever get around to "fixing" it. Don't do business with these people! I can almost guarantee you will be burned in one way or another. Bottom line is they don't care about these places because they don't have to live in them. Don't move into anywhere pinnacle manages!
