I had a bridesmaid dress shortened here and the alterations turned out perfect! At first, I was a little shocked at the price but after talking to others, I found that it wasn't the cheapest but also wasn't the most expensive, it was right in the middle! The reason for the 3 stars is that I felt that I was being pushed into services that I didn't need, i.e. bra cups put in the dress (my dress already had some but she said they weren't good enough?) and steaming for a pretty hefty charge. I didn't get either of those. The service wasn't the best as it felt pushy and not warm and fuzzy but hey, I was just getting alterations done, I guess I don't need to be best friends with the employees there? ;) Also, my dress wasn't done when I was promised (And it had been there for almost a month!). Thank goodness I called to check up on it before picking it up! If you leave clothes here and need them for an important date {like a wedding} be sure to call and check up if you're cutting it close with time!
