Absolutely fantastic service! Jason arrived within the time frame provided and proceeded to give amazing service. Jason had a wealth of knowledge that he could only develop through years in the industry. I was unaware of the extra work that is needed specifically for pet urine removal but Jason knew exactly what to do. After reviewing all target areas, it was obvious our problem was bigger than expected. Knowing what the job could turn into, Jason "looked the other way" as he cleaned areas without crippling us with a high bill.
Anyone reading this review would be absolutely foolish to hire any other company to clean their carpets, especially urine removal.
I will never call another carpet cleaning company as long as Turbo Clean is in business.
