Based off of the reviews we were anxious to try this place out. We just recently ordered their "ThanksLiving" holiday meal, which was good. My review about the food is like everyone else overall. We were most disappointed in the service. I can always appreciate when an explanation is given to a first timer, who doesn't know how they run the restaurant. None was given, fine. So we leave a tab open after ordering apps because we wanted to eat as we went and didn't know what to expect for four people. You basically have to expect a do-it-yourself type service. The two front of house people were rude and short with us. The blonde female seemed as if she was having a terrible day and it rubbed off on the rest of the staff. I asked where I could park my grandpa's walker and I suggested an empty corner and she said no, that I should keep it at the table. That has never happened. We asked for side plates and got rolled eyes. The poor service alone definitely discourages us ever returning.
