The only reason I'm leaving one star at all (other than I have to) is for the staff. This location is ALWAYS a mess. I've been with Bank of America for years now and I'm having a hard time understanding why such a business can afford to fund stadiums but can't duel out a couple extra bucks to hire an extra teller. Every week I spend OVER an hour in line just to see a teller (which if we are lucky there are two of) mean while there are about 6-8 workers who are just sitting in their offices texting on their phones and laughing. I've seen customers yell at your customer service representatives because of this. Why? You guys can't afford to hire more tellers? Not to mention you have the same two tellers also helping out the "merchant only" line. Which leaves about 40 people in line to wait even longer for ONE teller. I'm tired of this. The employees are fantastic and always patient, they need a raise. I know I can't be the only one who has complained about this. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
