So my boyfriend and I were helped by Jennifer P. (Jen). My boyfriend purchased an iPhone 6 plus and cancelled some lines that wasn't relevant anymore-- everything was going smoothly till Jen was about to put the glass screen protector that we didn't ask. We even asked her twice if it's free or not cuz I know I payed $35 for my iPhone 6 glass screen protector at the other AT&T store. Plus, he can get it for free cuz his friends work at the phone kiosk in the mall. Then later on that day we checked the receipt to see if it's really free... It's NOT. That lying succubus ! It says " SCP BOG PUREGLASS IPH6 $45" So unprofessional of her to lie about it cuz she opened the box and was about to put it on. And I'm not the type of person to write bad reviews-- but do you know how many McDonald's fries you can buy in $45?! A LOT !
