I LOVE pho! I've eaten it for years and I've had it made many different ways. For me, pho is like pizza in that when it's not very good, it's still pretty good. I've never had pho I didn't like and this place was just ok. Service was great, but the broth seemed like it's lacking flavor and the beef (while tender and of good quality) isn't very traditional. Great concept to be able to pick out how much and what to put into your bowl, but I've just had a lot better.
